For warranty claims please contact us at the information above. We cover all quality issues that could have been missed in our quality control checks. Defectivesurface, glue separation, sound board separation, laminated call separation, but Calls left in the blistering heat of a vehicle are not covered for warranty. We can tell from a simple quality issue we missed or a heat problem from exposure in a vehicle or direct sunlight. We do not cover breakage from falls or missed birds or deer, but we do offer a full repair service and can fix your call at a fraction of the price of a new call.
